We know how difficult, and how full of arrangements, organising the funeral of someone close can be. That is why our funeral broadcasting service is as complete as we can make it. Below we describe, step by step, how our work with the family looks.

1. Getting in touch

Our work together begins with a phone call or an e-mail. Do get in touch even if you only want to clear up a doubt — our young, friendly team will answer every question you have.

If you decide to use our service, we will ask for the key details of the funeral ceremony, such as the place and the date. To keep the quality of our work as high as possible, we will also ask for the name of the funeral home organising the ceremony.

2. Your broadcast key

To keep the ceremony as private as possible, every one of our broadcasts can only be watched after entering the broadcast key we send you. The family is welcome to choose the key itself.

Along with the key we send a short PDF guide to our website. We have done everything to keep the site as simple as possible and the broadcast available as quickly as possible, so there are no accounts to create and no time-consuming verification to go through.

3. Preparing the broadcast

The days before the funeral are our time to prepare. We contact the funeral home and agree the details of the day with them and, if you wish, with the parish where the Mass for the deceased will be held, so that we can be completely certain of the service we deliver.

4. The broadcast

Once the date and place of the funeral are settled, our operator arrives with professional equipment and runs the broadcast. We are open to every request the family may have — from avoiding filming particular mourners to adding any text or footage to the broadcast. Our people are there to keep the family as comfortable as possible, so we take great care that the camera at the ceremony does not draw the attention of those taking part.

Besides the operator on site, colleagues watch the broadcast throughout to make sure it runs correctly and at the highest quality.

5. After the ceremony

We know that a recording of the funeral of someone close can be a keepsake for years, so we hand the footage we record over to the family free of charge.
